Jason Turner is the former Commissioner of Human Resources Administration and Workforce Investment Act for New York City, in which he oversaw Social Service Programs. He was also the Project Director for Wisconsin Works, and the Director of Employment and Training for AFDC and JOBS for Wisconsin.
